
Aware of the strategic importance of the employability of young graduates, Huawei and the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) co-organized the third edition of the “ICT Job Fair 2022” forum under the aegis of the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills, with the aim of bringing together job offers and job seekers in the field of ICT in a privileged and favorable environment for trades.
This major event, which took place in Casablanca, was part of a partnership initiated between Huawei and ANAPEC in the technological and digital fields.
This unique event, born from the convergence of the visions of the two partners, aims to promote the professional integration of young graduates by placing them in direct contact with the business world and gaps, ultimately, the public-private partnership, considered to be a real lever for promoting employment.
Building on the success of previous editions, the “ICT Job Fair 2022″ forum, driven by the same vision, was an opportunity for recruiters to learn about the best ICT profiles, trained in particular within the ” Talent Digitech “.
The event also offered job seekers the opportunity to benefit from different training programs designed by Huawei in different disciplines.
In his address at the closing ceremony, Mr. Faustin Xu said: “Huawei considers societal commitment as a structuring parameter of its growth model. This strategic partnership with ANAPEC reflects our long-term commitment to promoting education and employment in Morocco and is an important milestone for our growing cooperation. »
This new edition, rich in exchanges and interactions, allowed a large number of 1,000 young participants to pass interviews in order to obtain both jobs and internships. With more than 1,500 vacancies in 30 partner companies, young talents had the choice among a myriad of renowned companies operating in the field of ICT.
In the wake of this major forum, an important round table was organized “Digital for better economic inclusion” with the presence of the key partners who won the success of “Huawei ICT JOB FAIR”: Ministry of Economic Inclusion of small business employment and skills, Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, and also, ANAPEC, APEBI, TECHNOPARK, which have given rise to reflection on the issues and opportunities generated by the for the promotion of education and employment nationwide.
It should be recalled that Huawei, with its expertise and know-how, joins the efforts of public players to support the development of the ICT talent ecosystem and provides its various stakeholders with appropriate and many programs in the digital field that it promotes, like the “Digitech Talent” program, which has enabled the training of more than 10,000 Moroccan talents in digital. It is in this perspective that the “ICT Job Fair 2022” is added to the arsenal of programs initiated by Huawei.
